John is a Managing Attorney at Dau Law Firm. His primary office is in San Antonio.
John has been serving others his entire adult life. First, he served his country for six years in the United States Marine Corps. Then he served his community as a paramedic and firefighter for the City of San Antonio, and continues to do so. John decided to serve in an additional way by going to law school to become an attorney. While in law school, John became the Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Terrorism Law where he worked on multiple projects at the intersection of law and policy on topics relating to terrorism and national security.
Since becoming licensed, John has spent his time defending the rights of the accused. John has also begun to counsel businesses on the dangers and pitfalls of cyber security law and cyber terrorism and how it can affect not just large corporations like Target and PF Changs, but even small businesses.
Understanding the importance of education and economic sustainability, John spends his spare time with his wife and children traveling to Haiti working with an orphanage and school and doing everything he can to serve those less fortunate than himself.
